1. Eligibility and Research Use Only

By using this website or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are purchasing solely for laboratory, in-vitro, or other legitimate research purposes; (c) you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or otherwise experienced in the safe handling of research chemicals; and (d) you will not use, administer, apply, or introduce any product purchased from Alma into or onto any human or animal body, for any reason.

Our products are chemicals intended strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human or veterinary use. You acknowledge that any use inconsistent with this Section is a material breach of these Terms and is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, including where we believe a purchase may involve a prohibited use under Section 8. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission.

3. Product Information and Pricing

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that we otherwise reasonably suspect are intended for a use inconsistent with Section 1.

5. Product Testing and Certificates of Analysis

Every lot we release is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories, and the Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) published for that lot accurately reflects the actual results of that testing, including purity, identity, and water content as applicable. We do not publish fabricated, altered, or placeholder COAs.

The COA reflects the condition of the tested sample at the time testing was performed. Product condition after shipment is affected by factors outside our control once the product leaves our facility, including storage, handling, reconstitution, and environmental exposure. Accordingly, our guarantee under this Section extends to the accuracy of the COA as issued, and does not extend to product condition following factors outside our control after shipment, or to any use of the product inconsistent with Section 1 of these Terms.

If you believe a product does not match its published COA upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation (photo or video proof) as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, and we will investigate and resolve valid claims by refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

Except as expressly stated in this Section, our products are provided “AS IS” for laboratory research purposes only, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Alma does not warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Alma Research Labs, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, or personal injury or death — arising from or related to your use of the Service, any product procured through the Service, or any breach of these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Alma’s total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alma Research Labs, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms, including Section 1; (b) your use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased from Alma; or (c) any use of a product that is not strictly for laboratory research purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or Service: for any human or veterinary consumption or application; for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law; to resell as a consumable, supplement, or drug; or to misrepresent the nature or intended use of the products to any third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, and refuse any past, current, or future order, at our sole discretion, without notice, including where we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any published Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alma Research Labs regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
