Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the US.

Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same day via 2-Day FedEx, with delivery 6 days a week, including Saturdays. All orders are packed with cold packs in insulated packaging to protect product integrity in transit. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders over $199. Orders under that amount are charged a flat $14.99 shipping rate.

Incorrect shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.

Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Alma Research Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and tracking your shipment closely.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed and shipped same-day, we’re unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds, strict cold-chain requirements, and quality control standards, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or “change of mind” orders.

We make exceptions in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong product was shipped

To report an issue: Contact us at support@almapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos or video of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you may choose a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to ship the original item back to us.

Processing time: Approved refunds and replacements are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
