• No Human/Animal Use: The buyer explicitly understands that these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency for human or veterinary use.

Strict Prohibition of Misuse

Alma Research Labs reserves the right to deny service, cancel orders, or terminate the accounts of any individual or organization suspected of misusing our products. If we receive any communication indicating that our products will be used for human or animal consumption, the order will be immediately canceled, and the user will be permanently banned from our platform.

Indemnification

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alma Research Labs, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from the improper use, handling, or administration of our products.
